New Motion Graphics Group!
A really fantastic development has happened over the past several weeks. I came up with the idea to greate a motion graphics group in Austin, TX, to meet regularly, share tips, and generally just improve our ability to make more and better art. The idea really took off! Not only is there a brand new group for motion graphics, but to top it off, we're going to have an awesome launch event on March 10th with two fantastic presenters and a raffle prize to match.

Nick Campbell lives in Chicago and works as a motion designer, photographer, iPhone app designer and educator. He has worked for over 6 years in the motion design industry, most recently at Digital Kitchen where he worked on Dexter, Target, Blackberry, and most recently for the Tonight Show with Conan O’brien.
In his blog, Nick's tutorials, webcasts, contests and challenges are often geared toward encouraging motion graphics artists to produce brief animations of high quality which can be included in their demo reel.

Barton is a motion designer and digital artist who creates under his studio brand, Already Been Chewed LLC. For over 12 years, he has designed for a variety of mediums including print, web, live productions and broadcast television. His digital illustrations are influenced heavily by his motion work.
Barton’s work was awarded Digital Artist of the Year Award by Computer Arts Magazine, Intel, and 3d World Magazine. His work was featured in the legendary Blackall Studios, London, England.
